Thank you for shopping at RahaPillow. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered within Qatar.

1. Shipping Coverage

RahaPillow delivers across Qatar, including:

  • Doha

  • Al Rayyan

  • Al Wakrah

  • Al Khor

  • Umm Salal

  • Al Shamal

  • Al Daayen

  • Dukhan & Shahaniya

  • Other areas within Qatar

(We do not ship outside Qatar at this time).

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Doha: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM / Next-day delivery for orders placed after 3:00 PM.

  • Other areas in Qatar: 1–2 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Qatar delivery: FREE

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE

  • No additional handling fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Qatar. Customers must provide:

  • Accurate address & Zone/Street number

  • Active phone number

  • Availability to receive the package

(If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, future COD orders may require prepayment).

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within a few hours.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS, WhatsApp, or email if provided.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again. Repeated failures may result in order cancellation.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 24 hours with photos or video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

سياسة الشحن – RahaPillow قطر

  • نقوم بالتوصيل إلى جميع مناطق قطر، بما في ذلك الدوحة، الريان، الوكرة، الخور، أم صلال، الظعنين، ومختلف المناطق الأخرى.

  • التوصيل داخل الدوحة: في نفس اليوم للطلبات المقدمة قبل الساعة 3 مساءً.

  • بقية مناطق قطر: خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.
