  • Other Cities/Areas: 1–2 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to courier operations or public holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • RahaPillow reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on product condition.

باستخدامك لموقعنا وشرائك من متجرنا، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة التالية:

  • جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالريال القطري (QAR)، وتخضع الأسعار والتوافر للتغيير في أي وقت.

  • يتم تأكيد الطلبات فقط بعد تلقي رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب.

  • لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام داخل قطر، يلتزم العميل باستلام الطلب ودفع المبلغ كاملاً عند التوصيل.

  • الإرجاع والاسترداد يخضعان لسياسة الإرجاع الخاصة بنا في قطر.

  • مدة التوصيل داخل الدوحة 24 ساعة، وباقي المناطق خلال 1–2 يوم عمل (لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن الخارجية).
